We had a fantastic stay here! The hotel is centrally located, making it easy for us to explore the surrounding area. We were amazed at how close it was to the slopes, which made skiing a breeze. The service provided by the staff was top-notch, as they were always attentive and ready to help with any request. We also appreciated the convenience of room service and the excellent housekeeping. There were plenty of shops nearby, so we were able to take care of any last-minute needs. The airport shuttle was a great perk, as it made our arrival and departure stress-free. Upon check-in, we were warmly welcomed with a refreshing drink, which was a lovely touch.

the rooms are modern and well, equipped with several facilities which can help you relax after a long day. the large sauna and jacuzzi are excellent facilities to unwind, and there is a master switch in the room which can turn off all lights. the WIFI works well during off, peak hours.

During busy hours, the internet can be frustratingly slow. the hotel has a smoking area in the restaurant which may inconvenience non, smokers.

This hotel is perfectly located for winter sports enthusiasts, just a few steps from the slopes and in the heart of town. Rooms are cozy and clean, with nice bathrooms and good service. Breakfast is delicious and there are plenty of facilities to help guests unwind after a day on the mountain. the wellness center includes saunas, a jacuzzi, and indoor/outdoor pools.

Some international guests may find language barriers with some of the staff, as not all are fluent in English.

The hotel offered free Wi-Fi and a complimentary breakfast, which was a nice touch. The location was convenient, with plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The room itself was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed.

The elevator was slow and frequently stopped at every floor, causing unnecessary delays. The noise level was also high, making it difficult to sleep at night.
